Ever feel like it’s just one event right after another and there’s no time to breathe? Whether you are getting ready to leave for a work trip or close out a season of projects and exams, learn how to “bookend” your major events with restful transitions. Creating a “launch” and “debrief” activity before and after your event, respectively, will allow you the space to relax, reset, and ramp up for the next thing on your agenda
